Sec' Cross Country

The fault is fixed is fixed now.

Please find below the results from Bradfield on 21st November.  Many thanks to Keith Holmes and his team for hosting the event!  It proved to be an incredibly challenging course with the snow, mud and particularly the freezing wind!  Congratulations to everyone who competed!  There are still some very close competitions with one race to go, although Notre Dame remain in a strong position to win the overall trophy.  All will be decided at the final race on 12th December at Castle Dyke - bring your thermals!

Many thanks to Craig Malkin and his team from Springs Academy for hosting the race at Norfolk Park!  The conditions were pretty testing to say the least and congratulations must go to everyone who competed!  The weather seemed to put one or two runners off, but not so the massive contingent from Notre Dame who returned SIX full teams to take a firm grip on the overall trophy!  Well done to them!

On a separate note, there has been a change to the date of the South Yorkshire Championships - they will now be held on 23rd January in Doncaster.  This is only one week after the City Championships when the Sheffield team is finalised so it will mean possible changes to the norm in terms of administration/procedures in the run up to the SY Champs.  More information to follow after the next league race at Bradfield on Saturday 21st November - hope to see you all there!
