Boys Secondary Football teams begin road to Cup Final glory.

The draws for this seasons' boys Sheffield Schools Football Association cups have been made and are published on the footbalL page of this web site. Notre Dame, Tapton, Hinde House and Newfield will be looking to retain the cup they won last season.

At Y8 level Notre Dame have an away tie at Westfield in the preliminary round. Tapton's Y9 team have a bye in the preliminary round and have a home tie against All Saints. In the Y10 competition Hinde House are away to Meadowhead in the preliminary round. Newfield Y11's will be hoping to secure the Clegg Shield and their first hurdle is a home tie against Abbeydale Grange in the preliminary round.

The deadlines for cup rounds are as follows:

PRELIMINARY ROUND ON OR BEFORE 17 OCTOBER 2008

ROUND 1 ON OR BEFORE 12 DECEMBER 2008

QUARTER FINAL ON OR BEFORE 6 FEBRUARY 2009

SEMI FINAL ON OR BEFORE 13 MARCH 2009
