Sheffield High School take the U15 netball tournament title

The under 15 tournament saw five keen teams turn out at All Saints Sports Centre. The tournament, played host to Tapton, Sheffield High School, Stocksbridge, Abbeydale and Silverdale teams. An experienced Sheffield High School convincingly won their four games to retain the U15 title from last year.

A round robin competition led to a closely fought final game for 2^nd and 3^rd place between Silverdale and Tapton with Silverdale taking the runner's up position by one goal leaving Tapton in 3^rd place.

Stocksbridge and Abbeydale fought it out for 4^th and 5^th place. Stocksbridge's circle defence were tight and their shooters on form helping them take the game and 4^th place. Abbeydale Grange, fielding a young and relatively new side, enjoyed the experience.
